Umami records anonymous aggregate data (pages visited, country of origin, device type) to help us understand how the site is used. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

If no engagement follows an initial enquiry, correspondence is deleted within 24 months.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

• Our Italian professional partners (architect, engineer, legal counsel) where necessary to carry out a project you have engaged us for, and only with your knowledge
• Swiss or EU authorities if required by law

TuaVillas operates between Switzerland and Italy. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Any transfer of data to Italy (EU) is subject to the standard protections under GDPR.

• Request deletion of your data, where there is no legal obligation to retain it
